This 33 year old Candidate has been working as a Qualified Nurse for more than 8 years. She has three years’ experience as a Nurse-midwife, 2 years’ experience in a Surgical Ward and 2 years’ experience as a General Nurse at a rural Hospital; she is currently working on an Orthopaedic Ward. She has completed a Bachelor of Nursing degree and is registered with the Sri Lanka Nursing Council as both a Nurse and Midwifery qualified Nurse. Her level of English is high and she has passed the IELTS in 2019. She assures quality of care by being empathetic and adhering to therapeutic standards; measuring health outcomes against patient care goals and providing hospital and regulatory standards of care.
