Our comprehensive service takes the hassle out of recruitment. We have the expertise and networks to assist with sourcing candidates from overseas as well as from the domestic market and charge the same flat rate irrespective of the process we undertake.
We take CARE in the service we provide and do our very best to ensure our partners receive a quality-driven, robust recruitment process that results in a long-lasting placement.
We start by taking the time to truly understand the company, the scope of the role, and the profile of a suitable applicant, including preferred skills, experience, and education. Then we use our expertise and extensive networks within the health care migrant community to identify potential applicants.
To assess candidates’ suitability and authenticity we use our CARE model:
- C – comprehensive phone or skype interview
- A – academic record verification
- R – reference checking
- E – eligibility to secure the legal right to work in NZ
We only present the ‘best of the best’ to our partners, and we continue to provide CARE and support throughout the process including post-job offer as we navigate the visa application process.
We remain in close contact with the candidate until they arrive in NZ (usually 6-8 weeks), and continue to monitor the progress of the candidate to mediate the transition into the workforce.
